2020-21 – A Year Like No Other

In the five years since its launch, Culture Perth & Kinross has worked to establish a strategic governance framework which ensures best value and a culture of continuous improvement. This framework includes strategic and operational plans, staff development and training, Board scrutiny and oversight and ongoing processes of evaluation, monitoring and reporting.

 

In this exceptional year this solid foundation supported the agility required to respond to the immediate challenges of lockdown and the implications of venue closures. It enabled plans to be quickly put in place to pivot working practices, activities and projects into a new and uncharted working context whilst ensuring a clear focus on core purpose and key objectives could be retained.
